What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, phone if you include it, brokerage if you include it, listing address, the photos you upload, the style you pick, notes about the rooms, and your Venmo handle.

Venmo processes the payment. We see the payment confirmation, including the amount and the note you enter.

How we use it

We use this information to stage the photos, send the files, match your Venmo payment to the order, do touch-ups, and handle refunds. We don’t sell personal information.

The order form and email

The order form on this site is hosted by Tally. Tally stores the submission and emails it to us. If you order by email instead, we receive whatever you send to sales@trueviewstaging.com.

Payment

Venmo processes the payment on Venmo’s own site or app. Venmo’s privacy policy applies to that step.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare receives ordinary connection data, such as IP address and browser type, as part of serving the pages.

Cookies

The pages we host don’t set analytics or advertising cookies. Tally may set cookies when the order form loads. Venmo may set cookies if you open the payment link.

How long we keep it

We keep the order and the photos long enough to deliver, to do touch-ups, and for ordinary business records. Email us if you want the photos deleted.

Your requests

Email sales@trueviewstaging.com to ask what we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete the photos from an order. We’ll answer that email.

This site is not directed at children.
